They Just Got Queen CDs in Venezuela

Chavez: U.S. will 'bite the dust' if it invades

What? Is Freddie Mercury the new ruler of Venezuela? The United States will "bite the dust" if it invades? Will they, will they rock us? That statement's no innuendo, this guy wants it all and he's comin' out swinging. Perhaps Hugo Chavez is under pressure from his hard-liners, perhaps this is how to play the game of international politics, perhaps the nation's youths want to break free from his regime...

I say we pit Hugo versus Bush in a bicycle race, with all the fat-bottomed girls chanting on their respective leaders. Despite his many falls, Bush is faster than Flash. Ah-ahhh! Savior of the Universe.

Also, check out the picture of this Hugo Chavez in the CNN article above. The juxtaposition of that wide-smile, sixth-grade yearbook picture with the caption of "Venezuelan President Chavez called the U.S. the 'most savage, cruel and muderous empire' in world history" is priceless. Way to go, CNN.

(If you're counting at home, that's 10 Queen song references in this post. I'm going slightly mad (that's number 11). This one goes to 11).

Wow, with Tap thrown in for good measure. I was trying to actually hear his comments, but all I got was radio ga ga.

I think we can all say that he's going slightly mad. It finally happened. He threw a party on dictator's ship(i know i'm stretching it) and came out with one vision. There can be only one!

Maybe we should attempt an asassintation with dynamite and laserbeams.

Then again, who wants to live forever?
