Google Search of the Year

Apparently I'm the foremost authority on the drug usage patterns of one of my rock idols: "gossip trey anastasio uses heroin"

Trey must've taken the Pepsi Challenge with that Amsterdam shit...

i'd like to, no love to, see what joe and marco can do to's good as a cover, but how 'bouts takin' over for page and fishman...two irreplaceble forces in modern rock music/ It's not even fair, i mean listen to the band in any era and think of replacing their drums and keys...not gonna happen...i embrace the change, and i wanna hear there fellas play more than anything, but I expect a lot...disrespect? progress? or giving the fans what they want? either way i'll be there soaking it in

I point you to the comments section of Ahren's blog for my take on the issue of replacing Fish and Page...he claims this is an upgrade, and in a way, I can't totally disagree, but it's a whole different animal now. This is a completely separate entity from Phish, no matter how many songs they play.

I can't wait for this tour, but not for one second am I going into this with Phish-level excitement.

dunno why I posted this on here Friday, but this first set might have something to do with it:

Set 1: Markers Mark Jam > Sammy Smith Medley > Sierra Nevada Opus > Jack and Ginger improv

Set 2: [6/20/04 Set 2] > Stammer Home > Pull up Ace's blog > File rant under random comment section about how much I love Page and Fish
